SOLO DRIVERS SCHOOL
Start the season off right by
learning autocrossing from some of the best in the Nation.
Classroom: Sunday April 6th, 2003
Course: Saturday April 12st , 2003
Attendance at the classroom phase is mandatory for the course phase.
- The driver’s school will begin with a classroom session at the Best Western Hotel on S. Howell Ave across from the airport, (5105 South Howell Avenue). This will cover the basics of autocrossing, including safety, car classes and car control. The cost is $50 and lunch will be provided for the classroom session.
- The following Saturday, it’s on to Miller Park where our instructors will be waiting to take you out on the course.
- After completion of this school you can put your newfound skills to the test in the regions' first event held Sunday, April 13th. Join the SCCA and receive an additional discount on your event entry.
- The drivers school will be limited to the first 100 entrants.
- We reserve the right to bump an experienced driver looking for seat time in favor of a less experienced driver. Your car must have a passenger seat equiped with seat belts for an instructor.

Drivers school classroom registration opens at 8:15 am, Classroom begins at 9:00 am
